Weekends and Bank Holidays
Orders placed over a weekend or Bank Holiday will be shipped on the first available working day. We will endeavour to dispatch your item at the earliest possible date if you have ordered prior to or during a public bank holiday.

All our mannequins are an approximate UK Size 10-12. The height on the stand at its lowest point is 62" (1600 mm). The height on the stand at its highest point is 72" (1830 mm).

You can add a gift message when ordering items. Email your message to us and we will ensure a gift card is packed with your item before dispatch. In your message, be sure to include who the gift is from and the name of the gift recipient.
Delivery
On receipt of your payment we will book shipment of your item. We will notify you when payment has been received and confirm your order. Tracking Numbers for mannequin orders can be supplied on request.
Returns
Every mannequin is finished to a high standard and carefully checked before packing. In the unlikely event of a return, please contact us and return your mannequin in the original packing within 7 days of receipt. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and the mannequin must be returned in the original packaging. On receipt of the mannequin we will refund the purchase price.
